krkya's Complete Terms & Conditions

The meanings of some key terms used in this document are defined below. These definitions apply throughout the terms and conditions.

1.1 "Platform"

Refers to the website krkya.bar, owned by krkya, along with any of its subdomains, mobile versions, and any applications launched in the future.

1.2 "Services"

All online gaming, sports betting, live casino, slot machines, virtual sports, and other entertainment services available on the platform.

1.3 "User"

Any person who accesses services through a registered account on the platform. Those who browse without registering also fall under the definition of "user", and the relevant parts of these terms apply to them as well.

1.4 Scope of Application

These terms are primarily intended for users in Bangladesh. Using this platform in any country or region where such services are legally prohibited is entirely the user's own responsibility.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on krkya.

2.1 Age Requirement

For persons aged 21 and above only. You must confirm your actual age at the time of registration. Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed after verification and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to place all associated accounts on hold.

2.3 Accurate Information

At registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, active mobile number, and personal details. Providing false information may result in account closure.

2.4 Identity Verification

krkya may at any time request the necessary documents (national ID card or other government-issued ID) to confirm your identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

The security of your account is your own responsibility. Please follow the rules below.

• Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
• Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Managing an account or depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. krkya will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use, unless a technical fault on the part of the platform is proven.

All rules relating to financial transactions on krkya are set out below.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We currently support the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. This limit applies equally to all payment methods in both cases.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals generally reach your mobile banking or bank account within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete or suspicious activity is detected.

4.4 Same-Ownership Accounts

Deposits and withdrawals must be made to and from accounts belonging to the same person. Transactions through a third party's mobile banking or bank account are not accepted. If this rule is violated, we may reject the payment and investigate the account.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We reserve the right to convert or reject transactions made in other currencies.

The terms for receiving and using krkya's bonuses and promotional offers are described below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager only 10 times the bonus amount (not the deposit). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform.
• Restrictions on using bonuses in certain games or game categories may apply.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• Having multiple bonus offers active at the same time is generally not permitted.
• Each promotion may have its own detailed terms and conditions.

5.4 Bonus Changes

krkya reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Reasonable notice will be given when withdrawing a bonus that is already active.

All krkya users are required to follow the code of conduct below.

6.1 Fair Play Obligation

All games must be played honestly, fairly, and transparently. Using any software tools, bots, auto-clickers, or artificial intelligence to influence game outcomes is prohibited.

6.2 Exploiting Technical Errors

Any unusual win or advantage gained as a result of a technical or system error will be considered invalid. krkya reserves the right to void any amounts received in such circumstances.

6.3 Transaction Review

krkya may temporarily place withdrawals on hold to investigate any suspicious transactions or gaming activity. If no irregularity is found, the held amount will be released in full.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure.

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegally obtained funds.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or system error.
• Using automation software or bots to play games.
• Attempting to steal or hack another user's account information.
• Creating multiple accounts under false identities.
• Systematically placing low-risk bets with the sole purpose of earning bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Fraudulent behavior toward the platform or other users.
• Coordinating with another party to gain an unfair advantage.

All content published on the krkya website — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other materials — is the intellectual property of krkya or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, or use this content for commercial purposes. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes only is permitted. Violating this condition may result in legal action.

The intellectual property of third-party game software providers belongs to their respective owners and is used under valid agreements with krkya.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, krkya will not be liable for the following:

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or technical issues on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Inconvenience caused by compatibility issues with your device or browser.
• Loss resulting from your account information being disclosed to another party.
• Unexpected natural disasters or force majeure events.

In certain circumstances krkya may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account.

10.1 Closure Initiated by krkya

krkya may close an account without notice on grounds of serious breach of these terms, evidence of fraud, suspicion of money laundering, or a court order. In such cases, any balance connected to the prohibited activity will be forfeited.

10.2 Closure Initiated by the User

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before closing. Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.

10.3 Suspended Accounts

An account may be temporarily suspended while suspicious activity is being investigated. If you are found to be in the clear after the investigation, the account will be restored.

Your personal information is very important to us. krkya keeps your data secure through SSL encryption and modern security measures.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with selected partners as needed to operate the service — see the Privacy Policy for details.

krkya believes that gaming is simply a form of entertainment. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

12.1 Setting Your Own Limits

Users can set their own deposit, loss, or session time limits. We strongly encourage every user to play within their own financial limits.

12.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is becoming an addiction, take the option of temporary or permanent self-exclusion through our support team. During self-exclusion, krkya will block access to your account.

13.1 First Step

13.2 Formal Complaint

If the issue is not resolved via live chat, send a detailed written complaint to [email protected]. Please include your account ID, the date and time of the incident, and a brief description.

13.3 Best Effort

krkya reviews all complaints honestly and impartially. We make every effort to reach a resolution satisfactory to both parties. If you have arguments for or against our decision, you are welcome to share them.

krkya reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time.

14.1 Notice

For significant changes, we will post a notice on the website. Separate notice may not be given for minor or editorial changes.

14.2 Continued Use

If you continue to use krkya after any changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request that your account be closed.

14.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions and our privacy policy together form the entire agreement between krkya and the user. Any previous oral or written understandings are replaced by this document.
